The voice in all states

From singing to cantonese dialogues

Voice Design

Since 2022 I work as a Voice Designer in Sloclap, from my end of master internship I was able to work on dubbing in English of Sifu followed by that in Mandarin then a few months later in Cantonese.

It was a very enriching experience, allowing me to work both upstream with the narrative designer by testing the in-game scriptwriters with robot voices and then working with the actors (even up to the casting for Cantonese). I was in charge of processing files and their implementation in games, long hours in front of Excel documents to check that everything was good, and the worst is that I love it!

I am very grateful to Sloclap and my lead Lucas Rousselot for giving me this opportunity to specialize in voice design without actually having experience in it before. Today I continue on this path on the future projects of Sloclap and it's good, really good !

Singing

This year I lent my voice for the singing of a master 2 project of the ENJMIN: Echo of the Sky.

It is a musical puzzle-platformer taking place in a universe inspired by Indian culture and Hinduism.

You play as Saira, a young merchant who can change her surroundings with her voice.

It was for me a first experience of using my vocals in a video game and in addition to this experience, Terry made me sing along to the music from the game menu, with an Indian singing technique that I didn't had never sung before, taking a risk and finally have a brilliant result.

I thank Terry Perez-Gervais for trusting me, for accompanying me out of my comfort zone and for composing this incredible music.

Sound Design with my voice

Here is my experimental work at the end of the first year of the master's at ENJMIN. I decided to approach the place of vocal practice in sound design and see its limits.
For that I took my end of year project Path Of Esthesia and I completely remade the sound of the game using only my voice, without any effects.
Cover

Interpreter for many years I regularly record covers, often kept in the private circle, an exception to the rule, this particular cover, finish after 4 years of work and a gigantic evolution. I made a clip accompanying this cover. It release is like a page that turns, from the young sound student to the professional that I am today!

Podcasts

During my internship at Mix & Mouse I cleaned, cut and exported several podcasts which you can listen to below :)
I also participated in the recording of the podcast Dit moi combien tu chausses ? (Tell me how much you shoe?)

Audio books

During my internship at Mix & Mouse once again, one of the main (very time-consuming) activities was recording audiobooks.
You had to be attentive, follow the text well and be able to guide the actor if he had trouble keeping the same tone.
I also participated in the cleaning and assembly of these.
